My Eggs Benedict from a couple of weeks ago was totally Chef Ramsey inspired.
My homemade gnocchi with turkey bacon, spicy tomato sauce and mozzarella. (yes, I actually made the gnocchi from scratch.)
Last but not least, my first authentic french dinner was supremes de volatile a blanc. In English, that would be chicken breasts poached in butter with wine and cream sauce on a bed of mushroom risotto. Of course, the risotto was slightly overcooked but overall delish!
